ASC Stud and Track Roll Former employs a precision flying shear to produce close tolerance parts on various widths and gauges of materials.
The Structural Steel Framing roll forming line have the ability to change profile dimensions in minutes without the requirement for tooling or spacer changes.
All of the Accessory Lines are custom designed and offer a variety of options for your specific application..

• Material thickness: 20 to 26 Gauge
• Single or Double Arm Uncoiler with optional Coil Car
• Optional Vertical Uncoiler
• Web size: 1-5/8" to 6"
• Flange/Leg height (Stud): 1-1/4 to 2-1/2"
• Flange /Leg height (Track): 1-1/4 to 2-1/2"
• Lip dimension: 1/4 to 1/2"
Smaller and larger part sizes can be added upon request
• Roll former Line Speed: 100 to 300 FPM
• High precision Roller Die Tooling designed inhouse
• Automatic or Manual Width Adjustment
• Optional Auto-Gauge adjustment
• Post-punched hole sizes to suit customer specifications
• Cut off with inserts for different sizes and profiles
• Inkjet part marking
• Indented screw or rivet holes plus available upon request
Structural Stud & Track:
• Material thickness: 12 to 20 Gauge
• Single or Double Arm Uncoiler with optional Coil Car
• Web size: 3-5/8" to 14"
• Flange/Leg height (Stud): 1-5/8 to 3"
• Lip dimension: 1/4 to 1"
Smaller and larger part sizes can be added upon request
• Roll former Line Speed: 80 to 100 FPM
• High precision Roller Die Tooling designed inhouse
• Automatic or Manual Width Adjustment
• Optional Auto-Gauge adjustment
• Pre-punched hole sizes to suit customer specifications
• Optional Post-Cut Shear with inserts for different sizes on lighter gauges available
• Inkjet part marking

• Material thickness: 30 to 16 Gauge
• Roll former Line Speed: 100 to 300 FPM depending on application
• High precision Roller Die Tooling designed inhouse
• Pre-punched hole sizes to suit customer specifications
• Cut off with inserts for different sizes and profiles
• Inkjet part marking
