ASC Machine Tools, Inc. offers a complete package of rollforming lines for the Production of Roll Up Doors components.

Our custom designed Equipment allows the Production of residential and commercial Roll up Door Panels, Tracks and Bottom Bars.
ASC designs and builds custom designed Panel Seaming Stations and Drum Roll-Up/Winder Stations for standard door width between 3ft and 20ft. Curtain assembly tables allow the easy pre-assembly of the door curtain before the seaming process begins.

ASC's Roll-up/ Winding Station features either a Single or Dual Drive System and an optional automated tensioning device can be added.
