SCAFFOLD PLANK
ROLLFORMING LINES
MADE IN THE USA

ASC designs and manufactures premium-quality Rollforming Lines engineered for the production of galvanized Scaffold Planks.
A typical line configuration includes a Single- or Double-Arm uncoiler that feeds material into a Feeder Tower.
The modular Punching Unit features multiple punching Die Sets designed to create counter-formed holes. The punched material then enters a photo-eye-controlled loop for precise flow control.
The variable-speed Rollformer draws material from the loop and forms it into the scaffold plank.
The hydraulic Flying Shear identifies a pre-notch between components and cuts them to the appropriate length. A Tipper-Table is available as an optional addition upon request.
