Is your roller die tooling worn or do you want to produce a different profile? Not a problem, we can help you!
ASC can upgrade your existing rollformer with new Roller Die Tooling or Retrace and Re-chrome your existing ASC tooling set.

For a new tooling set ASC provides a variety of heat treated tool steels with hardness up to 61C Rockwell, with industrial hard chrome finishes to suit specific architectural, commercial and agricultural applications.
And our modern CAD/CAM manufacturing allows us to retrace an entire set of roller dies to restore the exact original contour or reproduce a direct replacement of any component.
ASC Representatives assist the customer every step of the way, with product design, technical support and development...throughout the life of your product.
ROLLER DIE TESTING
New tooling sets are tested either on your new line or on one of our three test rollforming mills.

ASC has an inventory of stands and shaft sizes so we can accomodate all common bore sizes and mill tool space up to 60".
​
All of our mills can also be modifed to accept subplated tooling with either quick-coupler or gear drive input.
