ASC manufactures Uncoiler and Coil Cars for Light, Medium and Heavy Gauge applications as well as a wide variety of custom-designed equipment.

Our Coil Handling Equipment is the ultimate solution to efficiently handle coils in high production environments. With a capacities ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 pounds, our Single or Double Arm Uncoiler can handle material thicknesses from 30 gauge to 2 gauge.

ASC Uncoiler are available as powered pay-off or drag brake with nip arm, giving you the flexibility to meet your specific processing needs.

In addition our uncoiler feature Over-/Underfeed capability and Pay-off Speeds of up to 400 FPM, ensuring optimal performance and maximum productivity.

Choose from our rotating or non-rotating Coil Cars and take advantage of our optional 3- or 4-Arm Turnstiles for enhanced convenience and ease of operation.
