Features

Positive Sheet Control
The ASC Straightener/Feeder features an exclusive hydraulically actuated entry guide table on all models for accurate sheet control and ease of loading. The unit features Servo or Vector drive systems for precise coil feeding. Pneumatically-loaded feed rolls have been designed with a special non-slip surface for a sure, positive grip of material.

The conditioning rolls are screw jack adjustable from the operator side. This allows accurate repeatable roll positioning for optimum coil conditioning. They simplify gauge changes and provide easy thread-up.

Ease of Operation and Maintenance
The Straightener/Feeder has been specially designed with a convenient operator control console. The unit has all sealed bearings for minimum maintenance and long life. All rolls are spur gear driven, eliminating material slippage and providing positive feed. A closed coupled shaft-mounted gear reducer is utilized to minimize backlash.
