Roll Formers
Custom Built For All Applications
Features
Rugged Construction Throughout
Designed with heavy-duty components throughout, ASC Roll Formers are designed for long
life. Features such as heavy-duty micrometer-adjusted stands, heat treated and oversized
alloy steel tooling shafts and all-welded, machined steel plate Roll Former bases come
standard with every Roll Former.
All ASC Roll Formers feature a machined inboard shoulder for precise repeatable tooling alignment.
Each machine is designed for easy tooling changes. The outboard stands are keyed to the Roll Former base and outfitted with straight cylindrical roller bearings so they can be easily pulled from the rolling shafts during rolling changes. Optional subplates are also available for rapid profile changes and tooling.
ASC Roll Formers are constructed with integral wiring troughs for ease of on-site installation. Bases are a one-piece or modular design to suit customer shipping and installation requirements.
A variety of different drive configurations are available to suit a wide range of forming requirements and speeds. All drives are sized per application and provide years of trouble free service.
The Best Factory Support System in the Business
All ASC equipment is built to the industrys most stringent standards. When the ASC
name goes on a piece of machinery, it is backed with the finest factory and field support
available. This assures fast turnaround on parts and rapid service response ... anywhere
in the world.
