Hydraulic Press
The most solidly built press of its kind.
Features
Dependable, Heavy-Duty Steel Construction Sets This
Press Apart
The ASC Hydraulic Press features heavy-duty all-steel construction ensuring years of
reliable, dependable service. The low pressure hydraulics aensure long life and low
maintenance. Additionally, no special foundations are required for set up. ASC engineers
specifically designed this system as an economical alternative to the standard mechanical
press.
The Hydraulic Press requires no special motors as ASC utilizes standard industrial grade motors and valves for quick, easy replacement. Accumulator assisted, it offers remarkably quick cycle times. It also provides constant tonnage throughout the stroke for more flexible operation, reduced shock, reduced die wear, and staged punching and notching application.
Efficient, Self-Contained Power
ASC has built this system with an isolated, self-contained, on-demand
power unit that will not affect auxiliary equipment. Dependable DIN solenoid connectors
ensure peak performance and work to minimize downtime. The low pressure hydraulic system
operates at 1100 psi to maximize equipment life. All hydraulic components are manifold
mounted for easy access and troubleshooting, which all adds up to less maintenance and
significantly lower energy consumption.
Low Nose Level
ASC designed this Hydraulic Press to operate smoother and more efficiently than any other
press on the market. The benefits of this efficient operation are lower noise level and
longer die and press life.
The Best Factory Support System in the Business
All ASC equipment is built to the industrys most stringent standards. When the ASC
name goes on a piece of machinery, it is backed with the finest factory and field support
available. This assures fast turnaround on parts and rapid service response ... anywhere
in the world.
