More features, less maintenance, greater operator control.

Features

The most Advanced Lubricator on the Market
More features, less maintenance, greater operator control ... that's what the ASC Can Stock Lubricator is all about. It features wedge-type adjustment for precise tracking control and even, controllable lubricant laydown under a wide range of conditions.

ASC has designed the lubricator with a timing belt drive and nylon timing gears that are not only exceptionally quiet, but also reduce maintenance and require no lubrication. Additionally, infinitely variable speed control is achieved with an AC Inverter Drive

Designed for Easy Access, Easy Operation and Maximum Precision
ASC design engineers have externally mounted the main drive motor gearbox to facilitate easy access and maintenance. The plated/stainless steel washdown-duty construction with integral drain design provides fast, convenient cleanup without residuals. Also offered is an optional retractable extended exit catenary with automatic safety support leg for improved press access. Adjustable catenary exit extensions improve loop geometry between the lubricator and cupping press.

Another important feature is the press tach feedback with exclusive set point photoeye loop control and ASC FM-005 interface board. It's been designed to provide precise loop control throughout a wide range of press speeds. Precision machined adjustable side guides mean repeatable, accurate coil alignment.

The ASC Can Stock Lubricator is available with a wide range of squeeze roll durometers to handle oil/water emulsions, neat oil and a variety of synthetic lubricants. The entire system has been designed especially for light gauge material, and will not scratch or mar high quality aluminum or steel can stock.

Controls have been designed for maximum operator safety and convenience, as well as ease of threading and loading. Since the system is self-threading, minimum manpower is required. High quality NEMA or IEC motors are used to power the system.

The Finest Lubricant Tank on the Market
One of the things we're most proud of at ASC is our stainless steel remote lubricant tank. Unlike other internal tanks, ours is easy to fill, inspect and service. The tank is completely anti-corrosive and easy to clean. It comes with dual compartments, dual mixers, heaters, pumps and filters. Also available are single compartment tanks and bulk storage tanks.

These dual compartments have interchangeable pumping and filtering capability between each tank, pump and filter. Evaluating alternative lubricants is simple using our dual tank, which can be switched over while the unit is running. Pumping or filtering modifications can also be made during the operation, simply by using this switching function.
