Rotating Turnstile

Economical, flexible and
designed for
smooth, reliable operation.
Features
Smooth, Efficient Operation
The ASC Rotating Turnstile is an economical approach to adding flexibility to coil
handling operations. By prepositioning up to 4 coils near an uncoiler, operators can
provide quick changeover of coils based on production demand rather than the availability
of cranes or lift trucks. The ASC Turnstile features efficient hydraulic power on a heavy
duty thrust rotation bearing, ensuring years of low maintenance operation. The robust
design ensures smooth, non-binding operation, regardless of coil load symmetry.
Compatible With Now Or Existing
Equipment
ASC engineers have designed a unique universal arm for various coil load mechanisms. The
bi-directional rotation results in easy, efficient arm access. Custom arm heights are
available, making the turnstile adaptable to existing plant operation. This versatile
machine can be used with a variety of new or existing coil handling equipment. The
semi-automatic rotation means easy, automatic positioning. High quality DIN solenoid
connectors are utilized on all hydraulic components to minimize downtime.
The Best Factory Support System in the Business
All ASC equipment is built to the industrys most stringent standards. When the ASC
name goes on a piece of machinery, it is backed with the finest factory and field support
available. This assures fast turnaround on parts and rapid service response ... anywhere
in the world.
