Post-cut Rollforming Lines

The Highest Productivity.
Features
Versatile High-Speed Production
ASC's Post-Cut rollforming lines are extremely flexible systems for light gauge panel to
heavy gauge decking, plastisol to galvanized. These lines provide greater productivity,
consume less power and have a smaller footprint than any other system on the market.
With line speeds of up to 400-fpm (120m/sec), the ASC Post-Cut system generates greater
throughput than other competitive systems. Parts are fully contained throughout the
tooling and into the shear so finished profiles are of a much higher quality.
One-Man Operation, Modular Design
A Post-Cut operation serves to reduce both the number of passes and forming roll counts.
ASC's Post-Cut rollforming lines are available with hydraulic (up to 200-fpm- 60m/sec) or
mechanical (up to 400-fpm- l20m/sec) shears, to best suit your operating requirements.
The premium entry guide table is easy to feed, self squaring and provides precise sheet
containment for positive part alignment. The entry guide also features:
precision ball bushings
hardened guide rails
center supports
Flat-faced 0-ring fittings are
utilized throughout the system for easy maintenance.
All components have been located
for convenient accessibility.
Built For Service and Easy Installation
ASC Rollformers are constructed with integral wiring troughs for ease of on-site
installation. Bases are a one-piece or modular design to suit customer shipping and
installation requirements. A variety of different drive configurations are available to
suit a wide range of forming requirements and speeds. All drives are sized for
specific applications and provide years of trouble free service.
There are two styles of presses ASC manufacturers to provide the best suitable press for
your product needs and budget requirements, a mechanical press or a hydraulic press.
ASC's Post-Cut systems can be a flying cut-off system for high volume production, or for
low volume
applications with less demanding production requirements, an economical feed-to-stop
system. All lines can be configured for short sheet capability, window dies or
profiled cut-off blades. Used with any line is an exclusive CNC-500 Control System that is
designed, manufactured, serviced, warranted and supported by ASC. Through closed-loop
control, the ASC CNC-500 Control System offers improved inventory control, increased line
speed, higher accuracy and reduced scrap.
The Best Factory Support System in the Business
All ASC equipment is built to the industrys most stringent standards. When the ASC
name goes on a piece of machinery, it is backed with the finest factory and field support
available. This assures fast turnaround on parts and rapid service response ... anywhere
in the world.
