Heavy-Duty Steel Construction Sets This Press Apart

The ASC Mechanical Underdriven Press is the most rugged, solidly built press of its kind.   Featuring heavy-duty all-steel construction, this equipment is built for years of reliable, dependable service.

The press features a state-of-the-art lubrication system with timed injection and automatic shutoff for reduced maintenance and machine protection. The industrial clutch and brake provide a high duty cycle while special air bags allow the operator to preload all main shaft bearings for reduced noise levels. Lower post bushings serve to maintain the ram plate alignment. The ram position is monitored electronically for accurate repeatability at top dead center.

The Advanced Design Reduces Operating Costs, Increases Versatility

ASC engineers have designed the Mechanical Underdriven Press to outperform the competition on every level.  All components have been located for convenient accessibility and simple maintenance. The machine's compact design and minimal air requirements result in significant floor space savings and reduced operation costs. Since the press has been designed to operate with standard industrial grade electric motors, no special or difficult to replace motors are required.

The exclusive design of this ASC Mechanical Underdriven Press has been proven reliable under the most demanding conditions. It readily accepts a variety of die set configurations, providing it with added versatility and reliability.
